Witness: Alnutt suggested fire 'intentional' Posted: 29 Apr 2010 07:54 AM PDT JOHNSTOWN - A Gloversville police captain was approached at the scene of a fatal fire in December 2007 by landlord Jeffrey Alnutt, who asked whether everyone made it out of the house and suggested the fire was "intentionally started" because he was a confidential informant for the police, according to testimony Wednesday in Fulton County Court. |
